This is Theo Bos setting a WR on a Moscow 333m track.

Note he starts his wind-up earlier and then begins his drop down the track a bit after halfway around the bend to be almost at the bottom as he hits the 200m to go line (at the 12 sec mark in this video).

Ideally you will hit the 200m-to-go mark sitting a fraction above the red sprinters line and still get some small downhill run to the last bend where you will hug it very low all the way around.

This line requires you to be fitter as it is a longer flat run, but it is more efficient and the shortest distance. Watch it a few times will you.

We should rehearse this until States and then switch back to the other line that suits the 250m track better.

This is my first post as a cycling blogger. A great chance to share my cycle life online. I look forward to blogging about my cycling and my attempts to be an online cyclist. I have created my first cycle website called www.bicycletrainingworld.com . it is created by parkling that makes it easy to set up your own website.
